The Managing Partners of CES, Nick and Chris Espielithies, are excited to announce the formation of CES Transformers’ new Advisory Board, comprised of four distinguished leaders whose combined expertise spans corporate governance, Ontario’s energy sector, high tech manufacturing, and strategic investment.

- Larry Taylor – Accomplished investor, board chair, and CEO with a strong record in scaling financial and technology companies. Larry will act as Chair of the Advisory Board.
- Lesley Gallinger – President and CEO of the Independent Electricity System Operator (IESO) in Ontario who brings extensive leadership and industry expertise from her work across Ontario’s energy sector.
- Michael Iacovelli – CEO of Ben Machine Products and Macfab Manufacturing, an experienced board leader across healthcare, aerospace, and defense sectors.
- Joe Quarin – Former CEO of Progressive Waste Solutions and current CEO of Q5 Capital Inc., a recognized leader in strategic growth and value creation.
Working with our new President, Adam Bryk, this exceptional group will assist CES in driving forward our mission to continue CES’s exponential growth and help Ontario and Canada meet future energy needs to become an Energy Superpower.
